Tea tree oil found in health food stores is an essential oil used in a large number of products such as shampoo, mouthwash, toothpaste, creams, lotions, and gels. It is a popular acne home remedy, which you dilute and apply to acne to kill the bacteria. Some homemade natural skin care products for acne that are inexpensive and easy to make are:
• Beat two egg whites until fluffy and apply this to the infected areas on your face. Wash off after fifteen minutes with lukewarm water. The egg whites are excellent for rebuilding and healing damaged skin and removing excess oil.
• Baking soda with a little water added until paste-like, is an excellent facial scrub. This is one of the natural skin care products for acne that exfoliates the skin by removing dirt, oil, and dead skin cells, which clog pores and cause or aggravate acne problems. Simply massage the paste gently into your skin and then rinse off with lukewarm water approximately fifteen seconds later.
• If you are searching for some excellent natural skin care products for acne treatments, do not forget plain white vinegar. It is excellent for fighting acne because it absorbs your skins extra oils, balances the PH levels, and kills off bad bacteria. Mix together one part vinegar and seven or eight parts water. You can also make a solution of one part vinegar to three parts water and using a cotton ball, apply this directly onto the problem area or pimple rinsing it off with warm water after ten minutes.
